We are happy to be able to provide International Shipping to you our #Claatbabes. This will be provided via Jamaica Post in partnership with DHL. The Fast Track Service (Express) offers customers delivery from Jamaica to the door of the recipient in the destination country and online tracking.

Standard delivery up to 14 Business Days

• Express delivery 3-5 Business Days

Conditions:
Delivery times are not guaranteed as there might be delays caused by Customs clearance in
destination countries;

Orders are processed and delivered Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

Local Shipping 

We have partnered with Tara Courier’s Door to Door Services for all Local deliveries.

  While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, in order to protect our #ClaatBabes, Claat Official reserves the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided.
  Additionally, Claat Official reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to:
  An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”
  An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
  Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
  Similarly, Claat Official reserves the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
• Returns:
  Damaged goods may be returned for exchange/repairs with conditions applied.  Once a return is requested via orders@claattofficial.com, a return form will be sent to you. Please return packages in their original condition, unused (with their original packaging), with all labels and garment tags still attached within 14 days of receipt of your goods with the completed Returns Form provided via email. For Exchange items, please ensure you return all goods to us in their original packaging as the goods are second hand without the packaging and we may not  be able to exchange them voluntarily.
